Christmastime Come and Gone My oh My!
Just wanted to wish you all a warm, wonderful season of light!
We just finished with Hannukha here and now are re-gearing for Christmas which of course means more food and more wine and scotch and beer and...
My little kiddies (twins Coltrane and Cedar) are so excited about tomorrow it's just great to watch them. They're turning five on Groundhog Day and they really are coming into their own now. So I'll overlook the ridiculous amount of little gifts they get ccelebrating both holidays because they are my little gifts!
To all you guys and gals, I have no idea how William got all your names so I won't even try. I wish you all the best of the best. This Archive has been my greatest Christmas present and it came early! Rappin' with y'all is a true pleasure and hey, it's even got me writing again which is another blessing.
You often make my day and you keep me mindful that the scene lives on on the Net and in our hearts. Toronto ain't really a Deadhead's town and I miss my university and West Coast buddies now scattered across the world with all of my other brothers and sisters of the road.
But we're still here and we are everywhere!
To those I've promised music: It's coming. Oddly enough I'm burning tomorrow night. So there's a Christmas giftie coming to you both.
I missed out on the Walton story High Flow. Direct me to the thread.
Cosmic, thanks for your generosity and spirited debate.
All the rest of you that have been so complimentary and also contrary I thank you all. You are the best in show!
I'll let you know what my NYE pick is but I'm leaning towards a greatest hits this year. I've done this every New Year's Eve year since '88. Played a midnight set from some NYE show at midnight.
Whither Dr. Flashback? You're a beautiful writer.
Dancin' Bears! I've checked out Deadhook. I'll try to get back there. Both times I've logged in I've been the only one in the chatroom. So I helped myself to beer and pretzels and played some one man hackey sack. Sorry about the mess.
Jerry Christmas and a Happy New Weir everyone!
I'll see you on the other side when Christmastime done come and gone my oh my!
